Is your picture blurry? Go the bottom righthand side of the screen and click the sprocket, from there you can adjust the picture quality to 1080p.

Handy tip for re-winding on red bar: Use the J key for going back 10 secs, K key for stop, L key for going ahead 10 secs. Left/right Arrow keys back/forward 5 secs. Up/down Arrow keys control volume.
