Rengsfallet is located at Valsjöbyn west of Strömsund, close to the Norwegian border in the municipality of Krokum. The fall is 70 meters wide and has a drop height of 12 meters.
Here, the water has been plunging down in the same way for around 9,000 years. The Rengsfallet can remain for thousands of years to come and this thanks to the hard rocks in the area.
